Strategos International, a worldwide advisory firm specializing in risk management, strategic counsel and protective services, announced the formation of a dedicated division focused on integrating cyber and physical security technology. Called Strategos Cyber and Physical Security Technology, the unit expands the company’s capacity for delivering IT-driven solutions that bridge digital and on-site protection.
This launch marks an intentional shift in the company’s offerings to address the reality that digital threats, site security and organizational resilience are deeply linked. Strategos Cyber and Physical Security Technology will deliver a portfolio that covers cybersecurity consulting, physical security system architecture, secure communications, surveillance platforms and consolidated threat monitoring and mitigation.
Adding these technical capabilities allows Strategos International to guide clients through a full lifecycle of security measures, from risk evaluation and system design to deployment and ongoing refinement. As part of the existing corporate framework, the new division will align digital and facility-focused strategies under a single, risk-centered approach.
Heading the division is Will Gregory, CISSP, CPP, PSP, PMP, who brings over two decades of leadership across federal, state and local government agencies and private industry. In his role, Gregory will shape the division’s trajectory, oversee technical direction and drive project execution as a core member of the Strategos International leadership team.
A veteran of the United States Marine Corps Military Police, Gregory combines technical know-how, operational command experience and hands-on emergency response work. His background includes service as a volunteer firefighter, certified Emergency Medical Technician and instructor in ALICE active shooter training.
"Security today is no longer a cyber problem or a physical problem; it is a risk-based operational challenge," said Vaughn Baker, president and CEO, Strategos International. "Under Will’s leadership, we are strengthening our ability to deliver technology solutions that are not only technically sound, but operationally effective across education, healthcare, corporate, government and faith-based environments."
This launch comes amid a rise in complex threats aimed at IT networks and physical premises. Organizations in finance, manufacturing, transportation and energy will gain access to tools that blend real-time threat intelligence, automated defense systems and advanced site access controls. The new team will collaborate with existing Strategos consulting groups to deliver coordinated policy development, incident response planning and compliance assistance. Bringing these offerings under one roof allows clients to spot and respond to risks across every access point.
