DELTONA, Fla.—SS&Si Dealer Network has finalized the purchase of key assets from FAST Security Distribution, the distribution arm of First Action Security Team, Inc. The move gives dealers more SS&Si outlets to visit, offering broader access to the distributor’s products and services.
FAST traces its origins to 1975 and has spent five decades supporting independent alarm dealers nationwide. During that time, it built a reputation for reliable product availability and personal service. SS&Si said a shared focus on dealer success made the match logical. FAST Security Distribution staff will join SS&Si to keep operations seamless and sustain dealer partnerships.

SS&Si now operates branches in Deltona, Fla.; Huntsville, Ala.; Tulsa, Okla.; and Hagerstown, Md.
These strategic locations allow SS&Si to offer one- to two-day ground shipping to over 80 percent of U.S. residents. Dealers across the Southeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic will have a local hub for urgent orders or routine restocking, helping them meet tight deadlines.
SS&Si said it will preserve FAST account numbers and ordering processes so dealers keep their familiar contacts. Clients will also access SS&Si’s value-added services, including a private-label program with free logo printing on select products and no minimum orders to strengthen brand recognition and encourage repeat business.
